Want to swap form eg to ek
I did a search but to many items came up. I have a eg with a jdm gsr swap and interiour. I was thinking I would like to swap that stuff over to my 99 hb. So im wondering what kind of things am I going to need that are differant and what kind of problems i might face. Thanks im more of an eg man so I know nothing about the ek

You'll need mounts from a 99-00 SI to swap in the engine. You can probably use the stock engine wiring harness for the GSR engine, but you'll need to run the VTEC wires and get an OBDII to OBDI harness adapter. Or you can swap in the GSR harness if you have it, but it won't match your dash harness. By GSR interior, i'm assuming you mean the seats. They'll fit, but you'll need to custom make custom front seat rails, swap your EK seat rails to the seats, or put the seats in as-is and live with only 3 holes lining up. There are some suspension differences, but some pieces can be swapped from the EG. Best I can offer for more info is to do a more specific search. Good luck.

sounds like a pain in the ***. I have a obd2 motor Im running as obd 1. so if I just swap the wiring it wont work for my dash? the suspenshion will it swap over ?
