Help me out guys????
What I meant is Help Me...
What do you need to do when you have a swap that is legit but no paper work or copy of title from the car the swap came out of?
Dude said the insurance took the car (totaled) and the took the title too...
But he gots the motor? Do I have to make him go to his insurance company to get an insurance claim? or what???
Want to get bar sticker yo...
Help me guys...anyone done this sort of situation before???

Technically, if he took the motor out of the car, and it was totaled by the insurance... its the insurance companies motor. He stole it.
So really, you can't get anything to prove its legit, because in the legal sense... it isn't.

not all police are corrupt. their job is to make sure whatever you do to your car is legal. if you do it right, then you have nothing to worry about.

Thats true and not true. Atleast from my understanding, the BAR test is only for California because of our smog problems. If you send the VIN number to your police department they should be able to tell you if the motor is good or not. You need to check with the rule books of your state and see what there laws are as some states are different then others.
