Golden Eagle rods
IB Pistons if they make them for your application, JG if they don't
ARP rod bolts and head studs
AEBS sleeves
EF1.com cam and port/polishing
Sheetmetal intake manifold
Lovefab Excalibur manifold
QTP electric cutout
weight reduction
slicks
tuning

forged internals, sleeved block just to be safe, turbo(SC50 in my opinion), good fuel management, traction bars, good tires (slicks)...you'll be in the 12's easy

You can find some decent answer's on H-T but you have to use the right forum's.
More than likely the Forced induction forum will be more productive. Also using the search feature will yeild tons of info.
BTW that engine and reliable 12's....well that dont add up. The money dropped in to make this happen would be better spent on a swap and then turboed.
Think about a b18b swap...super cheap then turbo that thing around 9lbs (minimum probably more like 12 lbs) or so and who knows with a light enough vehicle.

No way in hell.... If you don't understand why, you don't need to be getting into forced induction quite yet. Do some research, i know you prob keep reading this over and over but there is a reason why.

dude are you reading what they are saying?
first off, what kind of car do you have? that makes a big difference... ie a 92 civic hatch is easier to get into 12's than lets say a 00 4 dr civic LX. you gotta consider everything.
no matter what, your going to have to rebuild your motor for consistent 12's, especially the z6. do some research on your own because no 2 setups are alike so all we can do is help you in working with your setup.
then you'll need slicks as well, but mostly people have success with a rebuild and a t3/t4 turbo pushing about 15-20 psi.

in my opinion it would be better to start off with a better base motor, perhaps a b18b. the low compression ratio would love the boost. but who cares its just my opinion anyhow

Turbo and tuning is gonna be the easiest. Unless you want to turn your car into a light weight rolling gas tank an all motor 12 second d16 is gonna be tricky.

Ive seen a greddy kit on a eg make it into the 12s before. Its just tuning and boost. Your better off getting a t3/t4 style turbo kit though - your gonna make more power. The greddy kit is great but has real problems holding boost past 12psi because of the super small wastegate. You end up with alot of boost spike problems.
Start hanging around the forced induction forum. You will learn alot!

talk to turbodcx. He has ran a 12.2 in his turboed z6 hatch. I think he was making around 350whp when he made that pass. One thing you may want to throw in since you already have built up your head a little is a crower stage 2 turbo cam or the zex stage 2 street/strip cam.

Re: (streetaccord)
dude. stop begging for everyone to give you an answer!
everyone has told you what you need basically. what more do you want?
you should have listed your current modifications on your first post. That would have helped everyone give you a better answer.
What's your compression ratio? ...tranny? ...etc. You can't expect us to help you without some feedback.
I feel this should be your new buddy right here NEW BUDDY. Use it!
The forced induction forum has a crap load of information on turbos and tuning, etc.
Good luck.
