you will need all these parts from a 99-00 civic: headlights, bumper, fenders, grille, hood. Its a pretty simple procedure to do, and the only modification you need to make is on the radiator support. you will need to trim and make new holes for the two bumper mounting brakets that are next to the grille and the headlights. if you dont want to do that, just look at the way other people did it on the link above.

whats with the name calling? Maybe its just me, but i prefer to do things the right way. If you want a complete oem and flush look with ALL bolts lining up, you WILL have to make modifications.

Pfff...wanting their cars to be complete when they modifity them.
Seriously though, I'd want it to be assembled as well as possible. Better fitment and less of a chance for anything to break if the wrong pressure is put on it.
I would also like to add that a lot of those aftermarket "Type R Style" grilles need all the help they can get.
