No it's not a waist, but it is a waste.

SSAutochrome products are no where near 'quality' especially their turbo kits. Get it if you like cracking, leaks, and a turbo that literally breaks in HALF!

I'd look at getting a used Greddy kit if possible. Greddy makes good well-priced products. My kit was $1,399 for sohc D16Z6

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SSAUTOCRAP!!!!!

If you know your ebay pricing, then you know city-speed has the cheapest greddy kits. However, a sponsor here on honda-tech has even better pricing.

Check out this thread:

and give hybrid-performance a pm with what you are looking for. Not only was his kit cheaper (shipped), he also price matched everything else I wanted and gave me a deal that I could NOT refuse because I bought it all at once. I can't tell you what I paid here, nor can he because the pricing was soo low, but if you pm me I'll tell you. Everything was BRAND NEW direct from Greddy, and I now have a turbo civic thanks to his great deals. He's also very helpfull and will do everything he can to make sure you are satisfied. I WILL always purchase from him for all of my needs from now on.

lol..never get anything from them. They tend to give you a **** load of headaches instead of quality!! They may look like that in the picture but wait til you see it when you receive it. It looks 5 times better..*coughs* i mean worse! If you dont want to spend a whole lot of money on a good kit, go for it but beware of the headaches to come! Oh yeah they tend to not like to deal with customers ...just a tip!!
