Ok here's the fricken problem. I didn't have enough money at the time to do a full engine swap for my '92 civic hatch VX, so I have to drive it with the 1.5L v-tecE for a while til i get more money... I just got a new ICM, rotor and cap today. And it was runnin like a champ. but now it's "out like the fat kid in dodge ball". It was sitting for about 5-6 hours, and when i went to start it again, all I had was power, it wouldn't turn over or anything. I have plenty of juice, it wont do anything but turn the power on. My only guess is that the starter could be stuck, or it's the clutch/starter relay switch. any suggestions???

well you said the two things that i would check DID YOU CHECK THEM????
if not then i would that is what is most likely wrong change the starter and if that is not it then ask me again
