I like my VX with no power steering,
To tell you the truth I think it might be easier and cheaper to just to tade you VX for a DX.

go find someone with an Si hatch and swap it out.. It will take some time and once you do it .. You will need to get an alignment since your TOE is going to be way the hell off

And since you are going to have to swap steering racks, since the power and manual racks are different. Just keep your extra horsepower and deal with parking your car. That's what I say...
