vx hatch!
i was wondering if it would be hard to put in a z6 or a y8..
i was just wondering b/c the piping is different then the si/dx..
you think i can just put in the si exhuast..

Z6 for sure.
mechanically - what you take out is almost identical to what you put back in. Pick up a Helms manual and it's cake.
electrically - move one wire for the O2 and the Z6's engine harness plugs right into the VX's chassis harness.

You also need the drivers side motor mount for the z6, the z1's mount is diffrent than the z6's.
I know what your talking about exhaust wise, the VX has the header cat, but you dont need a new exhaust, the header bolts right to the B-pipe but if you need a cat get a custom or stock exhaust and buy a used cat or test pipe to go with it.
You can also use the vx harness on the z6 with little a modification.
