VX to D15B vtec swap

VX to D15B vtec swap
swaping this into my 92 vx this weekend.Using stock vx wireharness w/P28 manual ecu, and a 4wire o2 sensor. How do i rewire the o2 sensor from 5wire to 4wire?(from a dx). Im also supposed to leave the EGR out of the swap right? Any other changes needed for this swap?(besides dumping the vx tranny

a DX cuz i drive on the freeway alot, it'll save some gas & rpm's. Turbo is much later, lets stay on topic here
