well looks like nobody knows what timing belt to use..............VX uses a small timing belt than the EX. i found out yesterday when i did my setup VX block EX head.
the point is not on the belt is on the tenssioner, VX has a smaller gap where the bolt goes so it has less space to adjust.

you can use any timing belt aslong as you use the same tenssioner
for example.

d16z6 belt with d16z6 tenssioner
d15z1 belt with d15z1 tenssioner..........all water pumps are 19 teeth..

The rule of thumb is to use the timing belt that is designed for your head.

Have you looked at what your compression is going to be with that head and block combo? http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php
About 7.8:1 lol Idk how that's going to work out... you might do a little better if you used a d15b7 or an old d16a6... but unless you change those pistons your going to be running like
