VTi cluster in mph but speedo off by about 10mph tach???
I have a 92-95 EDM Civic VTi cluster in MPH. I passed by one of the radar machines towns put up that tell you your speed it said i was going 36 and the speedo tells me about 45 +/-. Now im about to drop in a GSR trans is the speed sensor on that trans going to match up with the speedo or do I need something else. Also I dont know if my tach might be of as well.

I know that speedos and sending units go bad. however it is normal for the speedo or the tack to be off a bit. most of the time you are looking around + or - 5 mph. with stock size wheels & tires. when you start + sizing things are only going to get worse. Take it to a shop that calibrates speedos and have it checked
