vtech problem...

vtech problem...
i slap a new vtech solenoid in my 98 spec type r cause the oem solenoid doesnt have that extra plug cause my motor has an 0bd1 harness...so when i replaced it the vtech worked but after that its idling bad and engine light comes on...and my friend check the code its code 22?? and under the solenoid theres a ground wire that hook in the solenoid and to the motor so iono if its the wiring or the solenoid...so help me on this guys thnx.....

I would suggest taking it into an Acura dealership. That is, after all, what all Type-R owners are supposed to do, by law, as per the contract you make when purchasing one. You're only allowed to drive the car and feel important, not fix it yourself.
