VTEC Wiring???
I did a swap of a D16Z6 into a CX hatch but I am still getting the check engine light. A trip to the dealer's mechanic confirmed it is because the ECU isn't talking to the VTEC Solenoid. I need to wire the Solenoid into the harness properly, how would I do this, anyone know of a good schematic, or know how to do it themselves? Located in Bay Area, thanks

did you use the d16z6 harness?(SOHC vtec harness) if so everything is plug and play....it should be a peice of cake and there should be no CEL....
but if you use the CX harness you minus well yank it out because its a pain in the *** to wire up the o2 sensor.

I am assuming that you have a 95 CX and there for you would have to add the wire from A4 on the ECU to the shock tower harness. to find the right wire, you would need to get a Voltmeter. or you can do it the ghetto way and solder up a wire from the ecu all the way to the solenoid.
