Default Vtec Spool Valve HELP!!

I have a 97 GSR in my 96 hatch and after getting it back from the body shop I noticed the connector that comes off the spool valve is not connected. I looked and looked and could not find the other half of the harness. I however found one single wire that is not attached to anything. I am going to take some pics as soon as I get home from school, but if anyone knows how to hook this back up, I would greatly appreciate it. Without this hooked up, I have no VTEC correct? The car still feals pretty fast, but I am not sure as I have not driven it in the past 2 months.

TIA

do you have a check engine light now?sounds like that's the correct wire since you have one unhooked wire right in the area.if it's somethign that happened at the body shop,i'd be questoning them on what they were doing.
either take a pic,or tell us what color the loose wire is.

what trim is the car? vtec wire should be green/yellow. if the car has a vtec ecu and the spool isnt hooked up it will throw a code 21 with an obd1 ecu or p1259 (22) with obd2.

91 (p0452) is evap fuel tank preasure sensor low input---- obd2 going from non-vtec to vtec, non vtec doesnt have the same system. 65 (p0141) secondary heated o2 sensor heater circuit fault. do you have the sensor hooked up?
