Yes a vtec solenoid is a vtec solenoid its all the same wether its on a dohc or a sohc I just checked my HAYENS manuel on that one so according to that yes any one will work. I just got done rebulding mine its really simple so good luck let me know if you have any problems. i always wondered if the dohc and sohc vtec soliniods were interchangable
when my b16a vtec solinoid started leaking, i used a filter off my sohc soliniod
