Vtec Solenoid

Vtec Solenoid
Guys take a look at this, its the vtec solenoid or so i've been told, anyways its like jammed off or something, its broken, its just the little vlave that hooks up to it, i dont have vtec now, u guys know how to fix it, if i can just buy the little valve that's broken or i have to buy the entire thing, how much $$, any info would be appreciated.

If i wanted to clean the screen in my vtec solenoid would i have to replace the gasket or permatex or whatever it is or would i be cool to just put it right back on? and to help you out AdamQ3B85...try a junk yard....any vtec solenoid off of any vtec car should work i think...but i'm not real sure....

would some one with a B16, B18C1, B18C5, and H22A...take a close up, focused pic of their VTEC solenoid....it would probably help out.....
