vtec solenoid???
 

i just picked up a 95 gsr head but it didnt come with the vtec solenoid

whats a good soleniod from an other motor to use?

im going ls vtec on my ej

i also have to solenoids from a single cam of a d16z6 but dont know if i could use that


what do you guys think

im not 100% but i dont think the single cam ones fit. other than that any b series should bolt up

i believe that any OBD 1 vtec solenoid will work....

on the contrairy.... ANY obd 1 soleniod will work....i currently have an EX soleniod on my ls/vtec.....

I know D series solenoids are different between motors and i want to say its the same with B series, but never checked. To be on the safe side id get a GSR solenoid.

ya thanks guys for the feedback i just wasnt sure if that solenoid was gonna fit

i dont want to spend time or money getting another one when i have 2 from an ex
