vtec problem??

Default vtec problem??

i just had a gsr swap done to my car but it seems the vtec is not engaging.. when i had my prelude i could feel and hear the vtec kickin in but i dont really feel or hear it kicking in with the gsr.... is it suppose to be like that or am i suppose to feel it kickin in???

Yeah you should feel it with a gsr defiantly hear it too are you getting any CEL codes check your oil you might not have enough oil pressure to engage the vtec

Check your cels, then tell us what they are...Could be many things.

yea i did have a cel and it said something was wrong with my air fuel metering and i didnt have my o2 sensors in

i took it to a body shop and they swapped the motor for me and i was told they did wire up the vtec but i should get that checked out

yea i do.. something about my fuel air metering and i haven't plugged in my o2 sensors
