vtec not working?
ok forget all the electrical aspects, vtec does get power, and yes the pressure switch, speedometer etc. is all working, the problem is when I first start my car (h22 civic) as long as the engine has had time to cool, vtec works fine while the car is warming up, but once the car warms all the way up, no vtec it doesnt even try to come on, it is also hardwired to my vafc so I know it works, but just not once the car is warmed all the way up? any suggestions?

well, i know that vtec's may not work properly when your engine is cold....
SOO, maybe its getting to hot.... do you have any overheating problems...

Sounds like what my EX was doing for a while. Does your engine leak oil? Check the back of the block just above the tranny on the passenger side. If you see ANY oil in there then I think the problem will be the vtec oil pressure control valve. I had mine fixed for $180 parts and labor. If that's not it, good luck.
