vtec not working!!!!!

Default vtec not working!!!!!

i have a 94 honda hatch dx and i ran vtec to comp and it not working! i have a b18c1 and iam running a p72 and i wired perfect its just not working! the speedometer is not working either could this be the problem?

vss. vtec is engaged by several differnt sensors. Vehicle Speed Sensor is one. poor some water over the tranny and then wiggle the connection of your ss. on top of tranny below throttle body. then start and drive your car to see if it will work. sometimes the water will give correct connection. or like 120 at honda acura its like 160

deff. a VSS thing once you get the VSS going you will be rippin massive VTAC in 3rd gear only hahaha seriously yeah vtec will work FYI vtec uses vss, oil press im not sure if there is sometihng else but those are two senors that need to be in working order for vtec to hit

how do you check if its the speed sensor? or the wiring because my car use to be auto!

get a dvom(multimeter) get the wiring diagram for your car, check the ohms on your vss than you can check ohms in the wiring going to your ecu from the vss..... that list of cars im going to assum you didnt build??

swap a good part for a bad part. find someone with an integra n ask to borrow theirs. =P
