vtec is not opening

Default vtec is not opening

i have a 94 ex coupe i converted it 2 stick yesturday. my vtec pop when it was auto and now thats stick it dont pop. im using a manual p28 ecu and still nothing. can any1 help me out. i have no check engine light also since im using the manual ecu

use vise grips to open that puppy up, sometimes i have to use vise grips on sobe bottles. they are closed too tight man.

Any check engine lights? Does it rev all the way up to the correct rpms? If it can then its working fine.

Check engine temperature, speedometer has to work, and no check engien lights, and other various things.

hows your oil pressure? i know it sounds stupid but vtec wont engage in oil pressure is too low.

MY OIL PRESSURE IS GOOD
