vtec not engaging...HELP
okay so i was doing a ricer mod and making a vtec light...so i tapped into my wire for my vtec silinoid(spelling) and used a connector and ran my wires and now its not engaging...so i undid the wiring and just connected the wires back together for my sylinoid(spelling) and still not engaging....what could be the problem?i had the car off while cutting into it but i didnt disconnect the battery....i did undo the positive terminal after i realized it wasnt working to reset my ecu...but still nothin....and suggestions?
please help...i know vtec is no huge deal but it does make a difference (b16a2 is the motor in it)

What you should've done is use a quick splice, and spliced the white/orange (i believe) wire for the solenoid as your positive on your light and then ground it, it should work. Also, if it worked before you messed with the wiring then "there you problem rite thur",lol.
