What you SHOULD get??? What you should get is what you want and not doing what HT wants for you.
A vtec head flows much better than an LS head, but youre going to have to know how to do an ls/vtec build properly. Whats your budget and how much power are you looking to make?

If your asking a question like that, you might want to start slow and do lots of research.
Both of your options require a fair amount of work and money, unless you do all the work yourself. Out of the two I would suggest the ls/vtec to start out with. The head, im, oil feed kit, arp studs and bolts, to name a few, would put you in the ballpark of $1000.
Most good turbo setups would be about $1500-3000 between the hardware and tuning.
Its always best to just take your time and learn as much as you can along the way.
