we need more specifics... like what year engine, what year car. Your in cali and you can't just put in an obd1 engine in an obd2 car, i.e. 92-95 engine in 96+ it just won't fly. Either get another d16y5 or d16y8, harness, and ecu and it'll go right in. Or get a b16 again since you had one in there and loose the nos, if your just gonna abuse it like that and kill your motor(s) you don't need any anyways.
