Vtec Controller on 94 sohc vtec
alright...im running a 94 d series sohc vtec engine with aem cold air intake and dc headers...i wanted to know if i install a vtec controller will it give me a stronger kick in on the sohc-vtec or is mainly for dohc motors...i need help finding out if i will get decent results with these minor mods (AEM) intake and (DC) Headers 4-2-1???? Is it worth buying it for my car?

vtec controller is the last thing you buy for your car. Running a vtec controller for Intake and headers is a waste. Do a little more work, when you think youre satisfied THEN buy a vtec controller and have it tuned. It'll get the most out of all your mods. If you buy it now and throw on something else youre going to end up having to dyno it again. As for using it on a single cam.... I couldnt tell you. No one i know is running it on a single cam.
