Re: Vtec controlers (92JDMcivic)
I personally used few kinds. Apex, Fields, Data Systems, Spoon with exceptions of Spoon which didn't control Fuel setting all had a problem with MAP sensor readings from time to time.
just get yourself a proper ECU, its much better then in the long run.

i have the apexi vafc and it works fine...its not like your setting your vtec crossover every day anyways you pretty much set it once and leave it alone

Re: Vtec controlers (Touge Panda)
I have the Fields Vtec Controller, works great, not complicated at all to use and changed settings. Its also saving a bit on gas, I'm able to lean out the air-fuel when I am just cruising around. I can also change it on the fly when I need to get on the gas. It's no too flashy like the Apex controller, so less prone to prying eyes, if you know what I mean. Anyway, that's just my $0.02.
