Default Vibration at 75 and up mph..on a 92 Civic hatch
As the title states...I can figure out why the vibration starts to occur at that speed and higher. Im assuming blown struts...alignment?

Most likely one of your wheels threw a weight and needs to be balanced.

my ej1 used to do that too + it would sway side to side... i lowered my agx to 1f/1r makes handling much easier at those speeds.. also get ur wheels balanced as mentioned.
