Valvetrain ?
I will be putting in some new CTR cams in my b16 should I upgrade anything and if yes what should I? maybe valves,springs,retainers.....what brand should I look into?? I do know that I am set with my rev limiter so not looking to rev any higher
My mods will be cf password intake,jdm4-1 header,s2 pro IM,p28/hondatas300...what else can I add to increase hp? besides exhaust

Re: Valvetrain ?
you can either go aftermarket valvetrain (ie: Skunk2 stuff) or you can buy OEM ITR or CTR valvesprings, retainers, etc.
you could run your stock B16 valvesprings as well, but i wouldn't recommend it even though others have done it without destroying anything (so they say).

Re: Valvetrain ?
If your looking to save money and some spare time, personally I would just take the valve train apart and check all clearances/tolerances along with the condition of everything etc. If all makes out okay, just run the stock valve train components.
As far as aftermarket is concerned, just pick up a couple of adjustable cam gears. You will have to tune in order to ensure the b16b cams provide a positive gain (look at valve open/close events, overlap duration etc.) Good luck!
