Default valve train

having problems keeping my valves adjusted.they were making tons of noise after i installed a new head crower springs/retainers crower 404 cams ferrea valves and a skunk2 intake. i adjusted the valves and made sure the nuts on the rocker arms were tight after adjustment. drove to the HT meet in ATL and by the time we got there the noise was back so i went and reset the lash again and now 200 milw later the noise is back with amost all of it coming from the #4&#3 cylinders. anybody have an idea what it could be? i have done lots of head work in the past and never had a problem like this PLEASE HELP thanks
