valve questions
Ok guys I finally adjusted the valves on my honda d16z6 today. I called zex and they told me to put the intake between .005-.007 and the exhaust between .008-.010 with the street performance cam. I ended up putting them right between at .006 and .009, and now when I start the car you can still hear the valves ticking. Correct me if I am wrong but whenever the engine is on you are going to be able to here your valves no matter what, or did I not adjust the valves correctly. The ticking is not loud it is just there

Re: valve questions (KAMiN)
yes the ticking is always there
when its loud (like mine) they need to be adjusted so it sounds quieter (like yours)
