Valve Cover Gasket
ok got a 92 civic si hb, i have got oil in my #2 and 3 spark plugs, was told that it could just be the o-rings, so i picked up the kit today to replace these and was just wondering do i have to drain the oil or not and should it be a good idea to put in new oil aswell with plugs? if it is not this then i got some major problems lol

Yes it would be a good idea to let it sit and cool off before snatching the cover off.
Also be very careful prying off the old spark plug tube seals, and also when driving on the new ones. They have springs inside of them (only on the VTEC engines) that can be damaged if you pound on them too hard when trying to install them into the valvecover.
