i believe it is .07-.09 for intake and .09-.011 for exhaust. Those are the correct dimensions although i could have intake and exhaust reversed.

Its actually .007 intake and .009 for the exhaust. Well, .007-.009 for intake and .009-.011 for exhaust but I usually keep it on the tighter side

Yes I tightened mine to the tighter specs but I was giving him the range so that he could choose on his own but thanks for confirming cause I wasn't sure if I had intake and exhaust correct.
