valve between the charcoal box and the intake manifold?
it goes between the little vacuum nipple on the rear right to the charcoal box?
i dont a the valve that needs to be there, whats it called and where can i get one?

Are you talking about the Evap Purge Control Solenoid Valve? You can get one off of any obd1 civic or integra.
