valve adujustment on Sohc Vtec

Default valve Adjustment on Sohc Vtec

My car is making this noise on cold starts sounds like the valves are a bit loose it has 219k it still runs strong i want to give it a valve adjustment but am not sure if i should?? Is it hard to do this?? Any tips before i do it?? Thanks

Everything you need right there. . Just take your time. And a valve adjustment is recommended at a certain interval (forget it though). Anyone who tells you not to get one is a retard.
