Oil light Flickering when in gear.
I just started my car and so I let it warm up before I go. I put it in D4 and the oil light was flickering and the car was slow to move. So I put it in D3, 2 also in reverse and the light stayed flickering. But in park and in neutral the light goes away. What could be the problem?

Stop. Pull the dipstick, wipe it off, reinsert it, then pull it again. Does it have oil on it? The "oil light" is actually an oil pressure dummy light. If that light comes on, you have NO oil pressure, and need to turn the car off IMMEDIATELY.

Then you need to do an oil pressure test. Buy/borrow/download a factory service manual for your car, it'll have the full procedure. I'm at work, or I would post the related pages. Also, make sure the oil pressure sender wire is fully seated, and make sure the wire isn't damaged.

also check your oil pan to see if the bottom is slightly caved in...not enough clearance to the pickup can cause the oil to swirl around the pickup instead of circulating into the system. (FYI, in N and P the idle picks up as the engine isnt under load, and those very few extra rpms bumped the pressure just slightly above "entirely not acceptable") As stated above, the light is just a dummy indicator....it only comes on at "OH ****" time.
