valve adjustment after cam install?
Hello, I was just getting done installing my zex stage 2 camshaft, in my y8 head, and it seems like when I adjust this, I need to use up basically all of the adjustment screw to bring it to the correct point, Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?

Get with Zex and check their valve lash clearances using the Stage 2 camshaft in a D16Y8 cylinder head. They might be different than the OEM-spec clearances.

I'm pretty sure you would want to use the stock lash, or that would defeat the idea of opening the valve further and longer. You gotta remember, were talking increments of a mm, not full inches here. If you've ever used a boroscope to look inside of an engine as another tech turns the engine over ther's mad space between the valves and the piston.

I don't think, i'm saying this correclty, lets see if i can try better, When I adjust the rockerarm, I can bring it to the .07-.09 its suppose to be, but to bring it to that, i basically need to screw the adjuster all the way do, so it sits flush with the nut, on a stock cam it does not do this, thats what I was wondering if I was doing this correctly
