Go to a dyno. Simple as that.

If you lowered your vtec point, without a cam or putting on the dyno, you most likely lost power. Simple as that. Put it back to stock, and don't **** with it until you can get it on the dyno.

you can expect the same amount of power unless its tuned
you might get a tiny bit more power by changing the a/f ratio...but unless you have a cam youre not gaining anything from putting the vtec (no damn H at the end) point any lower

if i lower the VTEC(<-- sorry) and throw more fuel in the mix at that point it wont gain any thing?.. i thought thats kinda what they did at a dyno... helped you get the most you can out of your engine via tuning the A/F.. im a retard when it comes to air fuel anything, thats why i was woundering if they will tune that for me because of the turbo, i dont want to lean out the egine and burn it up

you shouldnt mess with anything, if you dont know what youre doing.
Set the vtec back to stock setting and wait until you can take it to a dyno for tuning all that stuff.

if you really wanna mess around with it, set it @ 500 rpm below redline, shift @ redline and take note when you "feel" vtec turning on, then lower it 100 rpm and repeat the first step, and repeat until you stop "feeling" vtec turn on... that's ideally where you want it, the whole point of vtec is to have a smooth curve all the way to shift, that way all power is used. turn it on too early, and not only will you waste gas and lose power, but hurt your engine... that should satisfy you enough until you get a dyno.
