VAFC as a tach
Well I got a new car. Eg without no tach.
Kind of getting pissed because I'm having problems finding a cheap cluster, with close to my milage. (please don't tell me to suck it up and buy one, or roll the miles back. I'm lazy and I got my reasons)
I was wondering does anybody use their VAFC as thier tach? Like is setting your launch RPM easy, and shift rpm is easy to read, does it respond as fast as analog tach. I just want it to work good enought read when you need it.

Re: VAFC as a tach (ABK)
i have original v-afc, it doesnt have launch and shift, but i can read the tach just fine on it. if you only show 1 channel it will use the entire screen to display it.

Re: VAFC as a tach (ABK)
afc would work as a tach or even a turbo timer,,, would imagine it would come down to where you mount it and if the display is large enough for you to see.. cost wise might not be worth it but whatever floats your boat
