VAFC II install Help
I have a 2000 Civic Coupe EX d16y8 and cant figure out what the engine application could be for a VAFC install. I can figure it out if i know what the car model code is for my car for example, EK9 is listed EG6 ect. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Ok here is alittle more definded question for you, I missunderstood what my friend was askin me. We wanna know what vtec type he has i dont rember the exact specs but i can get them later. In the book that came with the vafc II there are three vtec types. We dont know which one it is, because you gotta use that to refrence the vtec pin out on the back of the ECU any help will be much appreciated.

well it depends on the choices, I'd imagine that the 2000 ex dosen't have i-vtec nor the ulev-vtec that accords have. But I'm just throwing out some acronyms I heard of, not sure if it's truly accurate?
