Default Vaccum question

Well, I need to replace the vacuum on my 96 EJ, just need to make sure I know what I'm doing before I actually do it. Do I just replace all rubber hoses? Can anyone tell me exactlly where the vacuum lines are? Pictures will help a lot, too. Thanks guys. Its a 96 Ej EX, BTW!!
