Default vaccum lines colapsing

I just recently ( 2000 miles ago ) have just put on a AEBS intake manifold on my 2000 civic si b16a2. The vaccum lines have gone to **** by **** i meen at idle the are collapsed and bairly any air is coming through, but then when i hit the throtle they open up some. Could this be a reason why im running slow at the track? im running like 16.0 16.1 with a 2.4 60'ft i have intake intake manifold head exhuast fpr short shifter and all.

any ideas if this could be the reason why im running slow?

yeah, what he said... I have seen kids put bling hose techniques tubing in place of vacuum lines, and that is not what they are for... collapesed lines will affect fuel pressure.

Fuel line hose is reinforced, so you might want to try that instead.
