My VX came with driver nd pasenger air bags ('94) and I was wonderingif anyone knew about the Virginia law pertaining to removing the steering wheel and replacing it with an after market one. Will I still pass my safety inspection?

u wont pass inspection because a driver side airbag came stock on your car so it cant be removed.

i know its technically illegal, but i live in the hampton roads area and the pass all my friends cars that have aftermarket steering wheels, but they may just be lenient around here.
