Wow, that was c00l, you just bashed a n00b, not unlike yourself or I. In case you haven't read, insults like the vtech thing will be punished, unless you are lucky. If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say it at all.
Apart from the idiot that just posted, I would suggest looking in the phonebook. If that doesn't work, and if people keep giving you posts like that, then ask around whereyou live and see if that works. Sorry I couldn't tell you based on where you live. BTW, it's vtec, just so you don't get bashed by more ******** anymore.

1) vtec
2) safvc 2? I assume you mean SAFC v2 OR VAFC v2
3) any place that has a dyno can tune it for you. Look in your phone book under perfomance shops. Generally, if a supplier doesnt have one, they can tell you who does.
