V tec Help plz
I have a 92 eg with an h22 and for some reason vtec kiks hard sometimes and sometimes it lags . Does any one know wat my problem might be? Also i was redlining at 10000rpms and when the vtec lags i can only get it up to 7000. Im really confused

why would you bring it all the way up to 10000 RPM? how are you able to? What do you have done to the motor? we need info before we can even contemplate answering you.

If that car is stock (besides the h22) except for a chipped ecu that lets you rev to 10k, you're an idiot.. you're not making power even close to 10k

Yeah...Thats retarded. Your engine wont last long treating it like that. It seems like your running in limp mode sometimes. When it does that...Does your speedo stop working?

its not stock it has all the basic bolt on add ons also fuel rail fuel pump pistons head is bored out cams im really not sure wat else cuz when i got the engine off my friend thats wat i saw him actually do. i know for a fact compresion is high but now i dont know whats going on

I bet your friend told you a bunch of bullcrap (and you're helpless yourself). Stop revving your H22 to 10k, that's rediculous.
