Default v-tec head on 1.5liter.

Hey I'm getting a v-tec head from a 95 Ex. I was wondering how hard it is to install. Is there any tricky parts? Does anyone have a walk through? And what are all the parts I need to do it succesfully? It comes with the intake and exhaust gaskets, vtec solenoid, distributor, and a head gasket. Is this all I need? Don't I need a v-tec ecu? What about a v-tec camshaft. Please help a brother out, I have never done a head swap before.
