V-Spec Racing coils

would you trust these ? a friend is selling some for like 200 for all of them...they are slightly used, cuz everythigns assembled there is no instructions or individual boxes...all the parts are there ( i think..the adjusters..the allen bolts...the stopers...the sleave..the springs) all there...and i just dont know if i wanna buy em..are they good quality ?
