Using RSX Endlinks?
The car:
2000 Civic coupe The item: ITR Rear Sway Bar The question: Has anyone ever used RSX endlinks with an ITR Rear Sway Bar on a civic? The people from a-spec-racing.com recommended that I use these RSX endlinks instead of SI endlinks. |

Re: (dgdarien)
maybe theyre right, the links for my SI sux, the bolt part does not stick out far enough (not enough threads) for me to put the nut properly. you tell me if this works for you. besides that the civic endlinks seems longer for the mounting of the R swaybar, I already broke one link. sux coz it was OEM, but when I ordered from dealership it didnt come with the protector plate.

Yeah I've come into the problem of the threads being too short too. But i bought some aluminum bushings from a-spec that said SI endlinks should work. but i'm still wondering if i should go ahead and buy the rsx endlinks as well; they're cheaper than SI endlinks too.

Aluminum Bushings?

aluminum rings that are more like spacers than bushings
I think you should try it. BTW, about how much thread is there on the si links w/ the plate? |

But when everything is assembled including the rubber bushings and metal collars there is literally no room on the threads for a nut. I was also told that using the RSX endlinks were better because "it lowers back the arms to their proper geometry." Anyone have any ideas on this? |
the a-spec subframe plate
|
ohhh, that plate. I'm not using that plate as much as I would want one. i'm just buying some aluminum bushings from them.
