Default Using only the 2 front inserts and not the rear

I have a 00 Si, and just got some ES inserts. I am going to install the lower 2 today, but might skip the rear one since it's such a bitch to get too. I heard using only the lower 2 sometimes eliminates wheel hop so I figure why not try it out before putting the rear one.

Is it safe to do so? Does it put more strain on the other mounts doing this?

Thanks.

In my opinion The ES inserts make the car act funny when all 3 are not installed. The drivability goes down. I advise against the inserts in a daily driven honda.
