Default Using OBD1 manifold on, OBD2 motor in OBD1 Civic?

93 Ex decided it wanted to end it's life early, and spun a bearing. I can get a 98 Civic Ex for $500, that's been wrecked with a good transmission and motor. I'm trying to do as little modification as necessary, and was wondering what would I have to do to put the OBD2 motor in my car. Is it possible to just use my manifold, instead of having to manually wire multiple connections? Or since I will have the whole car, can I just use that wiring harness to connect to the already existing hard wiring in my 93? If there is anything that I can do to put this motor in, with minimal wiring issues, just so that it will run, and I can later wire everything else up, that will work too. This is my only vehicle right now, which sucks. Thanks in advance.
