used greddy vs. new ebay header?
 

i have a 94 gsr swap in 94 hatch and am looking into buying headers. i have found brand new fake jdm 4-1 headers on ebay for like 170 shipped, but have also found used greddy 4-2-1 headers for 200 shipped. should i spend more money and get the used headers or save money and get more powerful (4-1 vs. 4-2-1) headers off ebay?

its just a header, aint that big a difference... either of those are gonna end up making within 2 hp of each other...

go with the 4-1 for the hell of it, its new, be the first to see... ive seen alot of "no name" ebay parts fit better than "brand names".... but ive seen the reverse too...

Do soem research. 4-1 is not more powerfull, they just make better high end or (peak) numbers than the 4-2-1, which usually has better mid-range gains...

personally I would go for a name brand header over an E-bay model any day. You just never know what you are going to get. My friend just trashed an E-bay header to put on a DC header that he had to go buy, because he was not happy with the E-bay version.

OBX is making a name for themselfs lately? I was reading that they started making LSD's. From the people that have run them they seem to be working pretty good....
